Francis Kong spoke in a seminar and he also added that the start of a company’s decline is marked by “Hubris” where the owner starts to believe that his success is because of him. Not God, opportunity or his team; just himself.

well its easy to say that but as a banker and based on experience, minsan nakadepend talaga ang situation ng mga local bank sa global financial market situation. pag fluctuates ang dollars, lugi talaga katulad ngayon recession so big loss din sa mga local banks.

A very good list of advices here. But I think Expecting the Unexpected is the hardest one. I am quite sure you know what happened to my wife and daughter last January, as they suffered from Dengue at the same time. Besides the pain, our small business collapsed including our savings.

Now I learned that no one among us should stop preparing for the worst because we simply don’t know when it will happen and how hard it will hit us.

I like your website, this is the site that I’ve been looking for. It’s very informative. My comment is, don’t you think our Almighty God was happy when a Japanese businessman committed suicide because of bankruptcy? Definitely not, for those who committed suicide did ask WISDOM from God. Most people don’t realize that if we ask through PRAYER to the Almighty God, God will provide it, however, we have to SEEK first His Kingdom and “ALL” these things shall be added unto thee. Another thing is that giving to CHARITY brings back your riches, as the popular adage ” The more you GIVE the more you RECEIVE”. Anyway Sir, more power to your site and God bless.
