		<description>If I may add a suggestion re: buying a 3M worth house as described in Reader Mail 2. My suggestion is that you treat your first house as an investment, meaning you look for a house below market value or one that can produce positive cashflow through rentals so that if you do decide to sell it later, you can have a significant profit or at least have good positive cashflow from the rental income.

Better yet, why not use your first purchase of a house as your practice for investing in real estate and then you can use the resulting profit or positive cashflow to finance your dream house? Instead of buying a 3M house, why not buy and sell a foreclosed house for 1M with an after repair value of 2M then repeat the process 3 times?  Just my two cents.</description>
