It is particularly important to work smarter, not harder, when you are self employed. Whether you run a comfortable home based business or you’re a high flying entrepeneur it pays to work smarter - I call it learning to employ yourself.

Thanks you so much..Yeah, your right… We need to choose the best business partners and also we need to have a lot of experiences before go in to the business…You know what I put “Enjoy Life. Thanks also Jay. I do agree that experience is a must before you start a business. Added to that are your networks for they will become your marketing agents to source out your clients and customers. Keep on visiting and spread the link of this blog among your friends and colleagues.

Sure, you can count on me. Just post any of your questions here and I’ll answer it as much as I could. I’m also an employee for now but I’m trying to build assets little by little. I ventured into a business before as a capitalist but it never operated. I guess I was quite immature back then since I was still young. I chose the wrong business partners.

I guess I need to be employed first and build contacts before I will start all over again. Whatever makes you happy, pursue it - whether be it on the employment or in business.

Wonderful topic. I have been also a follower of your blog. I learned so much. I’m an employee in an american company but my income can’t support all my needs. I have a sideline income that help to fullfill all my needs. I want to set up a small business but I think I can’t handle for now. I need some training about the business I will be set-up. I want to be a BOSS. I’m really toxic with the people around me here at office especially with my manager…Hmmp…Hope someday that Im ready to setup my business , I can ask a help from you. Thanks! thanks for this, i have been an entrepreneurship graduate myself and i am not even applying my degree. i am working full-time in a marketing position. I really want to open up a business but i still want to gain much experience before anything else.

Bytheway, thank you so much for this site. i have been a follower of your blog. kudos! i am also learning a lot from suze ormon (oprah’s financial adviser) maybe you might want to consider than also in case you need additional reference.

Most if not all the blueprints are done already(in this blog), the problem is I had difficulty(action) in applying it…

I also suggest that if a person is a full-time employee and has residual sideline income on the side, best to sign up as a registered professional at the Burea of Internal Revenue and be able to issue receipts. This way, come income tax filing time, all proper expenses can be declared.
