Electronic gadgets are now a fad. They are products of technological advances. They represent status symbols nowadays. Everyone wants to have the latest gadgets from mobile phones to digital cameras to music players. They make our life easier and convenient. However, with their high price tags, they can drain our pockets.

But are gadgets mere money drain luxuries? I think not if you do a little more forward reading. These expensive luxuries can actually provide you not just convenience but also it can make money.

Let’s see some of the in demand gadgets nowadays and how it can make money for you.

Cameras. Forget about the outdated old style cameras which uses films. Nowadays, we have digital cameras. As the resolution of these cameras keep on rising, prices keep on falling. And with a lot of people want to take that photos of their precious moments, you can make money from cameras by becoming an instant photographer. Just shoot and charge. I once paid a photographer before to take some pictures as my modeling portfolio when I’m pursuing my modeling interests. He’s just an amateur photographer yet I was amazed with the results. He’s good in taking the right angles!

Scanner and Printer. With the use of your computer, your scanner and printer can make money for you as you can establish an instant publishing business! Print brochures, flyers, photos, or even business cards. You can even scan photos of your customers and transfer them to t-shirts, mugs, pillows, plates, etc. I had a friend who invested into a printer to print business cards. He makes some nice sideline income from it.

Mobile Phones. As one of the millions of fanatics of mobile phones, I am truly amazed in these gadgets. They can do a lot. It’s an all-in-one device. With the growing number of subscribers of telecom networks, your mobile phones can make money for you by becoming a retailer of loads. We can see almost everyone have mobile phones. For sure, you won’t run out of clients.

Though you can make money illegally by copying movies or albums of artists, however, on the legitimate side of it, you can use these to make money for you to release hundreds of copies of say wedding souvenirs.

Personal Digital Assitants or PDAs. They aren’t just for keeping tracks of meetings, appointments or birthdays. Some restaurants arm their waiters with PDA-type devices. Courier services like DHL and UPS send out their people with PDA-type gadgets. I was surprised to see for the first time a waiter at Jollibee store taking my orders using his PDA-type gadget. Finding a way to incorporate PDA gadgets into your business won’t make you money but it could save you a lot of time. We all know that time is money. And as the saying goes, “a penny saved is a penny earned.”

The list goes on. Just be creative. You can even make money from your old gadgets by selling it. Gadgets are hot commodities nowadays that everybody wants. Take advantage of it in the buy and sell business.
