I made my first investment in real estate few years back, purchasing a pre selling condo units. I had three units now, one where I stayed in Makati and the two units still under construction. No passive income yet, just fully dependent on active income. I monitored and budget all my expanses. Early this year I started to save money in Qatar bank and to date my saving now reach to 200,000.00 Qatar Riyal equivalents to 2.5 million PHP for my future investment and be a successful investor.
