#3: I am definitely of the mindset that all debt is bad debt. I know that real estate and student education can fall into the &quot;not so bad&quot; or &quot;good&quot; debt side.... but I am starting to really gain an aversion towards it.

That may also be due to the fact that I don&#039;t want to own a wood home: &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.fabulouslybroke.com/2009/10/the-emperor-has-no-house/&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;The Emperor has no house&lt;/a&gt;, and I feel strange owing money to others now.

And going back to school to get an MBA (the next logical step in my career) would mean squat for my line of work in IT.
