The amount of $15 billion under management seems to be too big for a company that has only around 300 employees. There are a lot of small to medium sized companies that are amazing. Too bad Fortune is heavily influenced by partnerships, advertising, and other relationships. My vote for honorable mention is Zappos. Tony has created an incredible brand, an amazing customer service reputation, and lovable company culture!
