Excellent article!

Although some believe (though not 100% wrong), that the rich become richer because they’re already rich, it’s the knowledge, behavior, and discipline that really counts.

After all, even world-class athletes who burn through their money end up broke. While a guy investing in stocks for his company became the second richest man in the world.

The athlete got rich first, but it didn’t do him any good.

Good article, but one thing is that those risky investments have to be wise.

I tried CFDs during the GFC and each risk I took paid off negatively, and I wasnt prepared to lose more than 5% on each contract.

The rich indulge in a lot of risk and reap heavily. Some of us will rather remain the way we are than take risks.

Hi Alexiel. Thanks for dropping by. Yes, this article was mainly from my learnings on Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki. However, the idea on debt leveraging is more on finance side so I also incorporated it.

Your article must be from “Rich Dad Poor Dad” by Robert Kiyosaki or form “Guide to investing” by same author, that book was nice for good invertment tips and how he relates it to his experience, that’s why its the best selling book in Wall Street Journal.

The rich have the idea how to leverage themselves so when it comes to money they know where is the best to put it to multiply. They multiply the money by idea. while others can’t multiply their money because of not enough idea.

Nice blog here. Good Debt really is the key for those who want to start it RIGHT. The RICH knows the real meaning of CALCULATED RISK. In my early years, i don’t even have P50 for my fare to Greenbelt to play Cashflow, using the DEBT LEVERAGING, i can now honestly say, the excuse I DON’T HAVE MONEY TO INVEST is a myth, it’s GUTS to borrow and to invest properly.

I can relate in your post, it’s very valuable to understand that “The rich investor takes risks and The rich investor increases debt in their favor.”
