Hi Tyrone, congrats on the consistent increase in net worth. As for me I’m sure my net worth has gone down due to repair expenses for the foreclosed property I got but it will go back up once the new appraisal comes in after repairs and my equity goes up. Hey, congrats also for the PR2! As for me, I’m back to square one because I just moved from my blogspot address to foreclosurephilippines.com. I should have moved sooner.

just wanna share.. my net worth for the comparative period of end-Jan’09 to end-March’09 grew by 4.40%. This was driven by an 8.58% growth in equities and the influx of salaries and other compensation. My spending was quite high during this 2-month period.
